As part of the preparations for the Innovate IT Hackathon, the Faculty of Business and Communication at An-Najah National University organized a training session on Friday, April 4, 2026, for students majoring in Digital Marketing. The session was delivered by Mr. Kareem Salah, a student from the Faculty of Engineering, and focused on the fundamentals of using Figma in digital interface design.

This training supports several courses, including Digital Marketing Strategy, Introduction to Digital Marketing, and Mobile Marketing. Students are currently developing applied projects that involve designing websites and mobile applications for existing companies, as well as creating startup ideas with fully integrated digital identities.

This initiative is distinguished by the collaboration between students from the Faculty of Business and Communication, the Faculty of Engineering, and the Faculty of Information Technology. Engineering and IT students will be responsible for implementing the technical aspects within a collaborative environment supported by GDSC (Google Developer Student Clubs) at An-Najah National University.

In this context, Dr. Lama Al-Shanti, the project supervisor, noted that this type of applied learning and interdisciplinary collaboration plays a key role in preparing students for the labor market, providing them with hands-on experience that reflects the demands of modern projects.

The Faculty extends its sincere appreciation to Mr. Kareem Salah for delivering this valuable training and wishes all students success and creativity in the upcoming hackathon.
