Dr. Al-Shanti explained that the workshop focused on introducing students to the latest intelligent automation tools through practical sessions that included building integrated systems, connecting applications such as Gmail, WhatsApp, and Google Sheets, and designing advanced workflows that enhance efficiency and save time and effort. The workshop also covered how to create and utilize AI Agents to perform real-world tasks with high efficiency.

In this context, Dr. Ra’fat Al-Jallad, Dean of the Faculty of Business and Communication, emphasized that this workshop aligns with the Faculty’s efforts to strengthen students’ applied skills and to integrate technical aspects with marketing and strategic thinking, thereby preparing students to meet the demands of a rapidly evolving labor market.

Meanwhile, Dr. Firas Al-Nasr, Director of the Business Department, highlighted the importance of interdisciplinary integration, particularly in light of digital transformation, noting that the ability to understand and apply technological tools in practical contexts has become an essential skill for any graduate.
