Objectives

  1. Providing students with core knowledge in investment, real estate development, real estate finance, property management, and related business fields.
  2. Developing students’ ability to analyze real estate markets, investment opportunities, and development projects using appropriate financial, economic, legal, and analytical tools.
  3. Preparing students to make informed and ethical decisions in real estate investment, financing, valuation, development, and property management.
  4. Enhancing students’ practical skills through applied learning, case studies, field training, and engagement with real estate and investment institutions.
  5. Strengthening students’ communication, teamwork, innovation, and entrepreneurial skills to meet the needs of the labor market.
  6. Preparing graduates to contribute to sustainable economic development and serve the needs of the Palestinian society and the real estate sector.

Graduates will apply concepts and tools from investment, real estate development, finance, property management, business, and communication to analyze real estate issues and propose practical solutions.
