A student delegation from the first cohort of the Master’s Program in Digital Marketing at An-Najah National University participated in the 8th Ibero-American Conference for Young Researchers in Economics and Business Administration (AJICEDE 2025), hosted by Universidad Rey Juan Carlos in Madrid, Spain, from November 12–14, 2025.


The delegation included the students: Mohammad Triaki, Ghadeer Yaeesh, Deema Alawneh, Aseel Abu Aisha, Hanan Al-Shanti, Tareen Zaher, Marwa Hashaika, Basma Hijjawi, Farah Abu Sheqdam, and Tamara Abu Dawas. They presented high-quality research papers in the fields of digital marketing, innovation and entrepreneurship, and finance.

Dr. Doaa Harzallah — an expert in international trade who combines business administration, digital marketing, and economics, a faculty member at An-Najah National University, and an associate professor at the University of Seville (Sevilla), Spain — played a key role in supervising the students’ research and organizing their participation in the conference.

The conference, chaired by Professor Gemma Morant from the University of Seville, witnessed wide participation from researchers and students from Europe, Latin America, the Arab world, and Asia, providing a unique opportunity for academic and research exchange across cultures.

This participation reaffirms An-Najah National University’s commitment to supporting and empowering its students to engage in international research forums, enhancing the university’s global academic presence and reinforcing its leading role in preparing a distinguished generation of young researchers in economics, business, and digital marketing.
