The course was delivered by Mr. Hazem Harb, Director of Financial Information Systems at the Ministry of Finance and a specialist in government financial systems. He introduced the Bisan Government System in terms of user categories, chart of accounts structures, approved documents, the accounting cycle within the system, and the government reports generated through it.

The session was moderated by Dr. Ghassan Da’as, Director of the Center for Economic and Social Studies, and was attended by Prof. Abdul Nasser Nour, Head of the Accounting Department, along with several academic and administrative staff members and students of the Faculty.

This course is part of the Faculty’s efforts to familiarize students with the latest government financial systems and equip them with practical skills aligned with the needs of the Palestinian labor market in accounting and public finance.
