In cooperation with EY MENA, the Faculty of Business and Communication at An-Najah National University held a new training workshop on Thursday, October 2, 2025, under the EY Ripples Program, entitled:
“Cover Letter Writing and Interview Skills.”
The session was led by Ms. Rawda Al-Tembakshi, University Recruitment Consultant at EY for the Middle East and North Africa region. She discussed best practices for crafting compelling cover letters that reflect applicants’ personalities and qualifications, as well as strategies for successful job interviews that boost confidence and employability.
The workshop featured interactive discussions where students and graduates shared questions and real experiences, creating a valuable space for practical learning with one of the world’s leading professional services firms.
This session is part of an ongoing professional development series conducted in partnership with EY MENA, which will also cover advanced topics such as project management, supply chains, and artificial intelligence.
At the conclusion, Dean Dr. Raafat Al-Jallad expressed his deep appreciation to EY MENA and Ms. Al-Tembakshi for their valuable contributions, and extended special thanks to Mr. Amer Bani Hassan, Assistant Director of Business Sustainability and Corporate Responsibility for MENA, for his insightful participation that enriched the session.
