The first phase targeted academic staff from the Faculties of Business and Communication and Engineering, in addition to administrative staff from the Financial Affairs, Administrative Affairs, Procurement, and Computer Center departments. The program aligns with the University’s vision of enhancing staff capabilities in utilizing advanced technology applications and artificial intelligence tools to boost efficiency and institutional performance.

These training programs are part of An-Najah Academy for Training’s strategy, designed and implemented under the supervision of certified experts and trainers, addressing the needs of various academic and practical sectors in Palestine.

The closing ceremony was held at the An-Najah Innovation Park, under the patronage of Prof. Abdel Nasser Zaid, with the participation of several deans and directors. Participants presented their applied achievements and highlighted the importance of such programs in refining their skills and improving their ability to apply modern technology in their professional tasks.

The second phase of the program is scheduled to launch at the beginning of the next academic year to include other faculties and departments of the university.
