As part of its continuous efforts to connect academic learning with professional practice, the Public Relations Department at the Faculty of Business and Communication hosted Dr. Saeed Tetan for a specialized lecture within the course “Diplomacy, Protocol, and Etiquette,” supervised by Dr. Soha Sabouh, faculty member and coordinator of the M.A. in Contemporary Public Relations program.


Dr. Tetan highlighted the fundamental role of protocol and etiquette in diplomatic and administrative contexts, emphasizing their importance as essential skills for professionals in public relations and institutional communication. He presented several real-world case studies, illustrating the proper handling of formal events and the art of diplomatic courtesy across different national and international occasions.

The lecture saw strong engagement from students, who enriched the discussion with thoughtful questions and reflections, demonstrating their eagerness to apply theoretical knowledge in real-world scenarios.

The Faculty reaffirmed that such sessions serve as vital bridges between theory and practice, contributing to the preparation of highly skilled PR professionals capable of excelling locally and globally.
