In a notable scientific accomplishment reaffirming An-Najah National University’s status as a leading academic and research institution, Dr. Alaa Dweikat and Dr. Zeina Mardawi from the Faculty of Business and Communication’s Accounting Department published a peer-reviewed paper titled:
“Ownership structure and SDGs disclosure in the context of European sustainability reporting.”
The study, conducted in collaboration with Dr. Rasmi Moqbel and Ms. Majda Jama’a from the Hashemite University in Jordan, was published in the high-impact, Q1-ranked journal Discover Sustainability (Impact Factor 3.0) by Springer and indexed in Scopus.
The research examines the relationship between ownership structure and disclosure of Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) among European companies, providing analytical insights that promote transparency and sustainable corporate practices.
