The Digital Marketing Department at the Faculty of Business and Communication organized a field visit for students to An-Najah National University Hospital to conduct a survey on patient and visitor satisfaction.
The initiative aimed to assess the quality of healthcare services and provide practical insights to improve patient experience.
The survey was carried out in coordination with the university’s and hospital’s Public Relations Departments, where students collected data directly from patients and their companions to understand their perspectives on healthcare quality.
The visit aimed to enhance the practical application of digital marketing concepts within the healthcare sector as part of the students’ academic project.
Dr. Raafat Al-Jallad, Dean of the Faculty of Business and Communication, praised the importance of this activity, conducted under the Healthcare Services Marketing course, emphasizing the value of linking theoretical knowledge with practical experience and utilizing digital marketing tools to improve healthcare services and patient experience.
