During the lecture titled “The Relationship Between the Board of Directors and Executive Management,” Mr. Hamdan discussed the importance of integration between the board and executive management in achieving institutional goals and ensuring corporate sustainability. He emphasized the role of sound governance in promoting transparency, accountability, and a balance between oversight and independence.
